Srinagar

On the pristine banks of river Alakananda, lies the historic town of Srinagar. It is located at an elevation of 560 meters. Srinagar is said to be the hub for culture and education. By Flight

Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun Airport) is the nearest airport to Srinagar situated at a distance of 125 kms. The airport is well connected to New Delhi via daily flights. Taxis are available from the airport to Rishikesh, Deva Prayag and Srinagar.

By Road

Srinagar is well connected by motorable roads with major destination of Uttarakhand and the Northern states of India. Buses to Srinagar and Rishikesh are available from ISBT Kashmiri gate. Buses and cabs to Srinagar are easily available from major destinations to Uttarakhand like Dehradun, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Tehri, Rudraprayag etc. Srinagar lien on national highway 58 making it convenient for travelers to reach the destination.

By train

There are two railway stations near to Srinagar are Kotdwar & Rishikesh. Rishikesh is approx. 105 Km before Srinagar on NH 58, whereas Kotdwar's location NH 119 at a distance of 130 km before Srinagar. Railway networks with major cities are well connected to this two stations.
